  Took 40 minutes for delivery and I live less than a mile away. They also messed up the order..... not ordering from them again

  Worst service ever! We do group orders for our office sometimes several times a week. Every time we order from them it takes them almost an hour to get our food to us even though they are freaky fast. The last time that we ordered from them it took them about an hour and 25 minutes to get here. When we called to speak to a manager about it, not only was he extremely rude, but he claimed that our order had not been processed even though everyone's bank accounts had already been charged. When our food finally arrived the delivery driver then argued with us about traffic even though we can see their building from our office building and can just stay on the service road from which they are located and can take that directly to our building. To say the least, not only did they not live up to their freaky fast reputation, but the service from both the driver and store manager were unacceptable and as an office we decided that we are better off not sending our business to them anymore.
